Job Description
- Responsible for developing, managing, and implementing comprehensive communication programs to support the Google Operations Center
- Ensure communication strategy includes innovative tools, technologies, and approaches based on knowledge of audience
- Work closely with executives and/or workflow leaders to ensure messages are accurate and effective
- Manage activities associated with content development, production, promotion, and measurement
- Responsible for creative direction including management of outside contractors and design firms as necessary
- Manage compliance with communications policies, guidelines, and procedures
- Exceptional skills in communication planning, writing, and message development
- Executive presence, with ability to articulate a clear vision, define a strategy for achieving it and manage successful execution
- May include management of resources performing these key responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and oral) and stakeholder management at multiple levels
- Bachelor’s Degree holder from an accredited institution
- 8-12 years of relevant Corporate Communication experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Work experience in BPO and/or captive service organizations
- Experience in leading multiple teams
