Roles and responsibilities:
- Answer emails and phone calls.
- Assist the Processing team with client communications.
- Create New Service Systems.
- Enhance current service systems.
- Be available to your customers at all hours of the day.
- Perform Golf Tour Guiding.
Minimum Qualifications
- Previous knowledge of Gmail and Google Docs usage.
- Excellent written English skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Self-driven.
- Has a sense of urgency.
