Job Description
- Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems
- Assist in deployment of packages to Windows and Linux
- Monitor systems
- Setup and Install Windows and Linux; provide support for hardware issues users encounter
- Install and test computer-related equipments
- Update reports regularly
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of operating systems, both Linux and Windows
- Well-versed in computer-networking and security
- Experience in troubleshooting of hardware and various software
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
