About the Role

GoSquads 4.0 is back with more diverse roles for you to explore. As our Sustainability Strategy Intern, you’ll get the unique opportunity to further the sustainability efforts for one of the world’s fastest growing tech companies. You’ll get to design sustainability collaterals and materials, oversee the sustainability reporting process and suggest improvements, and manage discussions on related products, projects, and launch events. You’ll get the chance to be mentored and challenged by our talented team of GoTroops all throughout your time with us, with your efforts directly impacting the lives of our millions of Gojek users in Indonesia and beyond.

Your day to day job as Sustainability Strategy Interns will look like this:

• Preparation and monitoring of tasks and activities related with sustainability reporting process, internal and external consultations on products and projects, launch events
• Developing and ensuring consistency for Sustainability collateral and materials
• Supporting data collection and organization of database
• Leading communications (planning, writing and blasting) for internal engagements on Gojek channels (Slack, Learning Labs, intranet)

We’re looking for passionate student who are:

• Third/final year student from an Indonesian or overseas university; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• A passion for sustainability
• Strong project management and analytical thinking skills (well-organized, knowledgeable, and able to multitask)
• Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian (written & verbal)
• An eagerness to learn and ability to absorb and understand new information quickly
• Ability to work full-time, Monday-Friday, for 6 months
• A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, International Development or Relations, or Environmental Science is preferred
