Job Description
- Responsible for workforce planning in region (man power planning, competency needed, and talent identification) and fulfillment
- Manage end to end people operation in that area include data excellence, ensure payroll, and facility
- Manage Organization and people change
- Development Implementation & monitoring based on needs
- Maintain and improve employee experience in their regional that fit with business needs
- Collaborate with other function in PAC to ensure we deliver the best result in region
- Protect and ensure compliance with regulation in HR area
- Maintain Man Power Productivity as target
- Day to day problem solving for people area in regions and giving insight about people area that will improve business objectives
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong operational skill (data oriented, detail)
- Understand industrial relation in each region
- Able to handle conflict and good at negotiation
- Strong analytical thinking and problem solving
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill
- Minimum experience 5 years experience in one of the function in HR
- Result oriented
- Preferable that skillful at statistics, data analytics, rewards, or people operations
- Have a good business sense
- Understand basic financial for business (pnl), or key metrics to understand the business process
