Job Description
- Annual Budgeting and Forecasting
- Collaborates in updating budget guidelines and policies
- Gather relevant run rate data for certain opex/capex from various responsible cost centers to serve as budget guidelines/threshold to identified opex/capex
- Performs detailed opex and/or capex analysis for the forecasting and opex/capex top-down budget exercises
- Helps administer various activities prior to actual budgeting (i.e. updating of cost center hierarchy in SAP, updating of list for SAP authorization, training of budget reps, etc.)
- Supports budget reps in SAP uploading activities and provides necessary assistance in the accomplishment of various templates
- Assists in the review of cost center budget assumptions against set guidelines and top-down targets
- Helps in updating budget presentation materials for Board approval
- Financial Performance and Monitoring Analysis
- Performs monthly closing activities in SAP Controlling module (i.e. intercompany opex processing, execution of various allocation cycles in Globe, review of opex reclassifications arising from organizational changes, reconciliation of SAP reports in Controlling and Financial Accounting, updating of cost allocation rules, ensure that interco charges are properly booked in SAP, ensure revenues per segment are properly accounted, or capex funding plan extraction, etc)
- Prepares monthly financial reports which include, among others but not limited to: (a) Globe, EGG, GXI and GTI stand-alone P&L, Consolidated Globe
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's/College Degree (Finance/Accountancy/Banking)
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience
- Must have Excel Proficiency, SAP, PCM and BPC
- Certified Public Accountant
