Job Description
- Can handle a heavy volume of recruitment in a timely and effective manner
- Able to maintain Applicant Database for tracking updates of candidates
- Able to keep confidentiality and sensitivity of information
- Can work with minimal supervision and with utmost discretion
- Can handle various sourcing channels
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a college graduate of a 4-year course; preferably Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent
- Must be able to type at least 30 wpm
- Excellent English communication skills
- Willing to work longer hours
- Willing to work in Makati
- Fresh graduates are accepted
