Job Description
- Primarily responsible in providing assistance in actual parts issuance, parts inquiries, parts quotations and other parts operation support.
- Ensures all parts are issued in System/ Notehub.
- Prepares Parts Invoices for all Over-the-Counter Sales. Ensures all Parts request is serve/issued – for all parts available in warehouse.
- Checks availability of Parts.
- Ensures that parts return has no damage. Returns parts in warehouse.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/ College Degree, any field.
- At least 1 year(1) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Taytay.
- Willing to work from Monday-Saturday.
