Job Description
- Prepares monthly Flash Report.
- Prepares monthly Financial Reporting Package
- Conducts analysis on operating expenses movements
- Reviews and analyzes transactions recorded in General Ledger
- Assists in the gathering and analysis of data needed in the preparation of the budget.
- Responsible in closing oracle modules and posting entries in oracle system
- Prepares monthly accounting schedules as support in preparation of financial reports.
- Prepares and submits documents required for internal and external audit of books & work processes
- Develops or otherwise provides cost information / data which will be used by management in decision making.
- Responsible in the administration of the oracle system together with the MIS group
- Supervise the preparation of accruals, asset management and preparation of accounting reports for the company and its affiliates.
- Delegates functions and evaluates performance of subordinates.
- Maintains and updates computerized books of accounts
- Preparation of financial statements
- Performs such other functions as may be assigned by higher authorities.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent;
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant;
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
- Preferably Supervisor / 1 Yr & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Full-Time position(s) available.
