Job Description
- Responsible in pre-audit various invoices for payment and ensures the accuracy and completeness of documents before processing payment
- Ensure proper booking of expenses as per assigned department
- Prepares accounts payable vouchers
- Ensures accurate and timely payment to suppliers
- Prepares journal voucher for various adjustment, reclassifications of accounts, and un-invoiced receipts related to payables
- Ensures proper maintenance and reconciliation of subsidiary ledger vs. general ledger accounts related to payable functions.
- Attend to queries of suppliers, reconciles with internal and external customers when the need arises
- Maintains files of check voucher package and other pertinent accounting documents
- Maintains balance sheet schedules for monthly financial reporting such as Accounts Payable, Prepaid Importations, Advances to suppliers, Inventory and Receiving accruals account.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Proficient in MS Application
- With atleast 6 months work experience in Accounts payable and General Accounting procedures
- Full-Time position(s) available.
