Job Description
- Ensures good relationship between management, tenants, and franchisee
- Coordinates with different departments to resolve concerns of the tenants and franchisee
- Respond to concerns and facilitate requests
- Monitors approval and sent Letter of Intent (LOI) for possible spaces
- Checks request letters for relocation, change concepts, rent negotiations for the approval of the Operations Manager
- Attends meetings with lessors and ocular of potential space
- Drafts letters for Franchisees and Leasing
- Responds to needs, inquiries and transactions relevant to the organization's services and products
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing Management, Business Management or equivalent
- At least 2 years experience in the same field, preferably in the Food Industry
- Above average oral and written communication skills
- Knowledgeable in Tenant Relations, Marketing and various functions in business operations and managemet
- Keen attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities
- Willing to work in Quezon City, Head Office
