Job Description
- Administer, manage, control and monitor activities and programs in the QA Department in order to:
- Ensure that all products manufactured meet customer specifications.
- Achieve superior quality and reliability levels based on international standards and those required by buyers with strict adherence to quality systems (SOP, GMP and HACCP).
- Enhance activities on product research and development to come up with new and a more competitive product formula, productivity, and yield.
Minimum Qualifications
- Formal Education:
- Bachelor Degree (S-1) in food Science or Fishery Chemistry.
- Training & Vocational:
- Environmental issues.
- Total Quality Management.
- Experience:
- At least 5-10 years in tuna canning industry as the Assistant Manager.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in English both oral and written.
- Computer literate.
- Mental & Physical Demands:
- Physically healthy.
- Forbearance.
- Ability to work under load and time pressure.
