Job Description
Job Summary and Key Job Results
The Sysyems and Processes Management Officer primarily tasked to ensure that operations and business transactions follow all relevant procedural and internal rules. The position is responsible for developing compliance programs, reviewing company policies, and advising management on possible risks.
The position calls for providing active leadership involvement in ensuring that all department policies are successfully executed and improved, implementing consistently the policies within the bounds of the VMOs, and identifying the critical requirements needed by the department to achieve its performance scorecard, KRAs and KPIs.
Key job result areas include developing and implementing an effective internal process and compliance program, identifying weaknesses in a process and suggesting improvements and educating peers on best practices for different processes.
I. Planning
1.1 Recommends plans and programs of the department as to the following areas:
1.1.1 Improvements on department policies and procedures
1.1.2 Schedule of compliance reports submission
1.1.3 Creating a timeline for compliance reviews within departments
II. DOING/EXECUTION
2.1 Assist to implement and manage an effective process compliance program
2.2 Regularly review company procedures, practices and documents to identify possible weaknesses or risk.
2.3 Ensure all employees are educated on the latest regulations and processes
2.4 Assess company operations to determine compliance risk
2.5 Draft and revise company policies
2.6 Create sound internal controls and monitor adherence to them
2.7 Identify high risk compliance issues and address appriopriately
III. Checking/Monitoring
3.1 Checks and Monitors various department compliance
3.2 Monitor the industry best practices and determine applicability within the Company
IV. Others
Performs related functions as may be required.

II. Skills:
2.1 Computer proficiency - microsoft softwares and its application;
2.2 inter-personal skills - ability to harmoniously work with both internal and external contacts;
2.3 organizational skills - contact with all levels within the organization
2.4 Multi-tasking in fast-paced operation
2.5 Equipment operation - ability to operate basic office machines, such as computer system, fax machine, scanner, printer, copier.
III. Educational Attainment
BS Accountancy or its equivalent
Qualification: Certified Public Accountant
IV. Experience:
With 3-4 years solid experience in system controls and process improvements.
