Job Description
- Development and design of compensation packages and policies aligned with the organization's strategy
- Assessment of the employees' needs by means of different elevation methods and techniques
- Creation and improvement of salary, benefit and bonus systems
- Alignment of all compensation systems to general conditions on the labor market as well as on legal regulations
- Processing of payroll and timekeeping
- Processing of government mandated benefits, deductions and loans
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of Human Resource Management or equivalent;
- With atleast 3 - 5 years of experience in handling Compensation and Benefits;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Must be keen to details;
- Adaptive and collaborative;
- With excellent problem-solving skills;
