Job Description
Position Summary:
- The incumbent will provide clerical and administrative support with overall department's operation including but not limited to: updating and monitoring of database system, reports preparation, as well as compiling and sorting of transactions, billing, sales invoice, and other related documents.
Duties and Responsibilties:
- Monitors and encode documents of Preventive Maintenance Requests (PMR) and accomplishments by consolidating Preventive Maintenance checklists.
- Monitors fuel deliveries.
- Prepares and reviews all necessary documents for billing purposes.
- Monitors consumable deliveries.
- Proofreads invoices, official records and reports.
- Answer telephone calls and take messages from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree graduate in Business Administration, Office Administration or any other related field of study.
- Preferably with at least six (6) months of related work experience.
- Preferably female.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Must be willing to be assigned in Sucat, Parañaque.
