Job Description
The Roving Engineer will assist the Building Manager, manage the day-to-day operations of the building/ Condominium Corporation. Manage the technical aspects of the operations and maintenance of the building facilities assigned to him/her. Ensure that all building equipment and facilities are 100% in good working condition by implementing timely and consistent preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Minimum Qualifications
- Basic accounting skills, can forecast budget and monitor expenditures
- Technical skills in design and installation
- Knowledge of construction/maintenance
- Customer orientation / with sufficient PR skills, can manage difficult residents / situations
- Strategic Thinking and Analytical Skills
- Negotiating Skills
- Good in both written and oral communications
- Can use Microsoft office applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and AutoCAD
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Graduate of 4-year course and/with technical education in HVAC, Electrical, or Mechanical
- Preferably board passer
- At least 1 - 2 years relevant experience in Property/Building Administration and Maintenance/ Facilities Management preferably in High-Rise Buildings or Mix-used Commercial Centers
