Job Description
- 1 to 2 year of experience in Recipe Research and Development.
- Semi-advanced/ advance knowledge in Baking bread and pastry making/production.
- Artistic, creative, and motivated.
- Can create unique baked goods based on client specifications.
- Can work as even under pressure.
- Quick learner.
- Able to accept inputs from others.
- Polite and with a positive attitude.
- With strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge in GMP and HACCP is an advantage.
Minimum Qualifications
- Responsible for continuous development of new product offerings and enhancement of existing recipes.
- Able to create a wide range of baked goods from pastries to bread.
- Understands that different flavours work together and has an appreciation for artistic presentation.
- able to source and test cheaper alternative raw materials and ingredients for development and cost reduction not sacrificing the quality of the existing product.
- Knowledge in recipe food costing, recipe procedures, tech transfer, training, demonstration, and proper documentation.
