Job Description
- Receive and verify invoices and requisitions for goods and services reviewing for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.
- Calculate, prepare, and issue documents related to accounts such as check vouchers and other payments using computerized aided and manual systems.
- Prepare, print, and obtain signatures on all accounts payable checks.
- Distribute signed checks.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports and payments for government requirements such as SSS, Philhealth, HDMF, and BIR.
- Prepare batches for payment entry, enter data into financial information tracking system, and generate backup reports after data entry.
- Compile data and documents based on billings for payment.
Minimum Qualifications
- Knowledgeable in General Accounting.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work in Makati.
