Job Description
- Conduct verification of all received payment application documents
- Organize payment process to suppliers and vendors
- Record and reconciliate of all incoming and outgoing transactions (Account Payables and Account Receivables)
- Prepare collection documents, tax invoices, and other supporting documents
- Organize aging documents and conduct collection to customers
- Coordinate with other divisions to gather the relevant data needed
- Control the financial activites and financial transactions of the company
- Conduct administrative and filing of documents
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance
- Previous working experience in accounting/auditor is a plus. But Fresh Grads are welcome to apply
- Superior analytical ability
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- A high integrity individual who is accountable and detailed oriented
