Job Description
- Coordinates with the Hiring Department for calibration of manpower requirements.
- Conducts sourcing, screening, interviews, and selection of applicants for various shore-based positions.
- Formulates and provides strategic recommendations and techniques to minimize recruitment cost.
- Proposes process improvements for Talent Acquisition periodically.
- Manages manpower data for Talent Acquisition.
- Spearhead campaigns and sourcing initiatives for effective candidate pooling.
- Outline the pre-employment assessment and if necessary, relevant tests for shore-based employees.
- Recommend updates and improvements on recruitment guidelines and procedures to ensure the good and orderly implementation of recruitment efforts
- Arranges and coordinates interview schedules with the Hiring Managers.
- Coordinates with the medical clinic on pre-employment medical exam results.
- Prepares and monitors pre-employment requirements of applicants and ensures the timely delivery of the documents.
- Collates and updates recruitment and ad-hoc reports
- Plans and organizes recruitment activities (eg. school job fairs and Open House)
- Prepares and posts job openings to both internal and external job search websites.
- Prepares the New Employee Orientation Program (NEOP)
- Coordinates training programs
- Assumes and performs additional tasks and duties as may be reasonably assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Collegiate degree in Human Resources Management, Behavioral Science, Business Administration, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Liberal Arts, or related field of study.
- Not less than 2 years of work experience in Human Resources focusing on Talent Acquisition.
- Experience in Training and Development is a plus
- Strong leadership and management skills, including but not limited to, planning and organizing abilities, problem-solving, analytical skills, and people management.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate a team and carry out programs, projects, and process improvements.
- With functional computer skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability and willingness to engage in multi-tasking job and assignments beyond designated duties.
- Well organized, able to prioritize, follow through, and maintain focus.
- Advanced computer skills, i.e. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
