Job Description

Provide general administrative assistance to Human Resources staff. Prepare and compose reports and correspondences as required. Coordinate and collaborate with HR staff within various concentrations to ensure efficiency and timely service to employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Processes and records various data related to termination and provide real time update to Payroll.
  • Gathers information and prepares various reports for management.
  • Handles and processes all copying and filing needs for the department.
  • Maintains and distributes current policy and procedure manuals and other communication.
  • Executes mailing, inter-shipping, and courier process of HR Operations.
  • Serves as liaison between other HR teams and internal customers.

  • Handles and processs office supply requisition, including but not limited to purchase order and payment facilitation.
  • Understands and complies with all policies, procedures, and regulations relating to job duties.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1-2 year of job related is required for this position.
  • Proficient personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Able to do the following:
