Accounting Assistant  

• Responsible in performing bookkeeping functions
• Ensures that all accounting and financial transactions are being posted in compliance with the generally accepted accounting principles and company policies and guidelines
• Processes and delivers timely all requests for cash advances
• Establishes sound bank reconciliation practices and recommends adequate and effective processes to prevent significant lapses and errors
• Evaluates and analyzes company expenses against budget and revenue by closely monitoring the financial data
• Assists in developing annual budgets by discussing operating budget needs of different departments to predict more accurately the subsequent year's budget
• Prepares check vouchers and checks for approved requests for payment

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology/Management or equivalent.
• CPA license is a plus.
• Non-CPA/Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.

• Must be highly-organized, detail-oriented, and keen in meeting deadlines.
• Has high-level of enthusiasm with strong interpersonal skills.
• Must have professional maturity to handle confidential information and shifting priorities.
• Experience in the same capacity is an advantage.
