Job Description
- As First layer support
- Handle ticketing with excellent service skill
- Solve problem
- Communicate with user and second layer
- Work in team
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 2 years experience in SAP Support
- Familiar with SAP
- Doing monthly SES & Create PR in SAP
- Follow Up Vendor invoice with finance team
- Monitoring Asset Report
- IT Weekly Minutes Meeting
- Compile Daily Activity Report
- Reminder monthly IT Budget
- Filling all IT Documentation
- Basic knowledge in Technical writing and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills demonstrated by the ability to interact and collaborate with business and IT teams including application development, testing, operations, security and compliance, and project management office
