Country Manager (SaaS Startup)  

Ematic Solutions is looking for a seasoned business veteran responsible for the end-to-end management of the country business. As the Country Manager, you’ll have responsibility over the book of business and be the figurehead for Ematic Solutions in the country.

• Oversee all aspects of the country’s book of business including marketing, customer success, sales, operations, and account management
• Provide local marketing presence and expertise
• Country-level responsibility: working closely with department heads, ensure local teams are meeting or exceeding targets
• Develop and nurture professional networks to assist in driving sales and partnerships
• Drive tailored approach to business functions based on country idiosyncrasies
• Dotted line manager and mentor for in-country team
• Monitor business health

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, or a related subject. Master’s Degree highly desired

• 10+ years professional working experience

• 5+ years in a general management position with direct report responsibility

• Strong understanding of the country market, customs, and business particulars

• Successful experience in sales, marketing, and account management

• “Can do” attitude

• Strong networking skills

• Domain expertise preferably in software, internet, or ecommerce industries

• Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels, including people management, leadership, and both written and verbal communication skills

• Mastery of the English language

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
