Job Description
The Customer Service Representative provides help and assistance to customers’ queries in our UI dashboard help centre.
- Be proficient in the workings of the UI dashboard, setting up accounts, and handling customers’ technical queries.
- Log and keep records of customer queries.
- On a daily basis, provide answers and adequate support to all customers’ queries in a timely manner.
- Work collaboratively with other departments within Ematic to advocate any issues relating to the UI dashboard.
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications
- 0-2 years' relevant experience in customer service, or with relevant academic experience.
- Experience working in a multi-cultural environment is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in the English language.
- Additional language knowledge is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and resourceful when dealing with different customers’ requests.
- Constantly shows initiative and takes on different responsibilities outside the job scope.
- Willing to work flexible hours to adapt to customers’ requests.
- Able to multitask effectively and adjust quickly to different situations.
