Job Description
Strategic
- Map out a student-centric content strategy with Multimedia Manager – Editorial that leverages co-branded/sponsored partnerships
- Build and grow the content business of the company while maintaining brand integrity
- Recommend content strategies to improve user acquisition, engagement and retention, based on performance data and analytics
Creative
- Lead the ideation of partnered (co-branded/sponsored) content campaigns for Edukasyon.ph platform and social channels
- Pitch creative campaign proposals to potential partners
- Brief project-based writers / designers / editors on execution of creative campaign
- Ensure high-quality production of all multimedia campaign materials; ensure content are on-brand and consistent in editorial and visual style/tone
Management
- Improve production workflow optimizing for increased capacity, efficiency, and quality of partnered campaigns
- Collaborate with Partnerships team to meet creative requirements of partner proposals/briefs
- Collaborate with Tech team (product managers, tech developers, UI/UX designers) to meet technical requirements of content development and publishing
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance of project-based writers /designers / editors
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a related field or role
- Bachelor’s degree and background in advertising, marketing, publishing or digital media
- Highly organized, team player, data-driven, and abreast of creative trends
- Passionate about education and/or youth advocacies
