Job Description
- Assist in various finance functions such as cash management, receivables management, payables management, revenue management and expense management
- Recording of transactions in accounting system for review of finance manager
- Assist in preparation of financial and regulatory reports
- Assist in bank statement reconciliation
- Provide clerical support for sales tax reporting (proper filing of hard copy of receipts)
- Maintain various finance trackers (cash advances, bills tracker, expensereimbursements etc.)
Minimum Qualifications
- At least in senior high school
- Willing to render at least 100 hours of work over a course of 2 months
- Preferred College majors: Accountancy, Business Administration, and other related courses
