Job Description

Responsibilities

Monitor lessons and make sure teachers are present for their scheduled classes

Organize teacher schedules and provide reminders for upcoming classes.

Audit teachers’ devices and connection to prevent class disruption.

Respond promptly and accurately to client inquiries.

Enforce attendance policies to prevent class interruptions.

Coach teachers to guarantee their punctuality and attendance.

Substitute lessons in emergencies.

Monitor teacher activity during shifts.

Develop and implement strategies to enhance attendance, reliability, and connectivity.

Utilize various communication channels to keep teachers informed and aligned.

Accurately record lesson data such as hours, booked and ended lessons.

Continuously enhance lesson support processes and share insights with the team.

You're the Perfect Fit if You Have:

A proven track record in IT Support, Customer Service Support and Workforce

Have previously handled high volumes of tickets, in-bound chats and calls

A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Software Engineering

Previous experience in an online teaching platform

Expertise in Remote work technology
