Job Description
- Setup and manage daily operations for credit, collections and payment
- Develop collection and repayement trategies
- Analyze deliquent accounts and debtor profiles and recommend appropriate collection methods to management
- Review credit and collection reports to evaluate effectiveness of current policies and procedures
- Develop expertise at all levels of credit, collections and payment
- Complete ad hoc projects that require data mining and analytics
- Assist with technology implementation, including project planning and management
- Handle escalated issue presented by management
- Help train and coach team members
- Review training processes to identify efficiencies and drive improvement
- Help manage relationships with the Sales department
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Willing to work in a startup
- Innovative, leader, patient, reliable, responsible and trustworthy
