Job Description
- Managing all HR functions and conduct Business Compliance Reviews in all of the following aspects:
- Recruitment & Selection
- Working closely with hiring managers to identify acquisition leads and maintain talent acquisition resources (i.e. job description and recruitment channels)
- Implement and own Applicant Tracking System & HR System
- Initiate & develop effective talent acquisition channels
- Conduct pre-screening and facilitate interviews for shortlisted candidates
- Support hiring managers in selection, offer and onboarding
- Preparation and finalization of employment contracts
- Compensation/Benefits
- Assists with the monitoring of the company wage and salary structure and the variable pay systems within the company including bonuses and raises.
- Provides payroll processing backup support. Partners with finance and external payroll consultant to maintain the payroll database.
- Own HR Business Compliance related to government contributions (i.e. SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig) and Bureau of Internal Revenue

Minimum Qualifications
- General Requirements
- General knowledge of employment laws, practices and requirements
- Experience in the administration of benefits and compensation programs and other Human Resources programs
- Excellent computer skills and proficient in MS Office Applications. Must include demonstrated skills in database management and record keeping
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills
- Fast and independent worker with a high level of integrity
- Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality
