Job Description
- Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
- Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries.
- Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems; recording meeting discussions.
- Prepares and formats information for internal and external distribution, possibly including:
- Writing letters and memos.
- Compiling data for reports.
- Creating computerized presentations.
- Writing reports.
- Transcribing dictation, editing, proofreading and other information preparation duties.
- Holds responsibility in being privy to information that must be protected.
- Maintains confidentiality and exercise discretion.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
