Job Description
HR Specialist is responsible for the general task in the department which includes recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, timekeeping and the assisting on the daily concern of employees and operations.
- Sources and interviews applicants.
- Maintains 201 files and records of all employees.
- Conducts orientation for employees.
- Prepares contracts, memo, employee appraisal and other related documents under Human Resources.
- Handles SSS, Philhealth and HDMF.
- Handles issuance of disciplinary actions.
- Monitors timekeeping.
- Assists in implementing and developing HR rules and policies.
- Monitors and updates compensation and benefits.
- Coordinates last pays, clearances and certificates..
- Assists with the day-to-day operation in the office for HR related concerns.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
