Job Description
SAP-ERP (Project Implementation)
- Actively participate in the SAP-ERP transition Project and live implementation;
- Identifies new business procedures as a result of SAP-ERP transition and/or implementation;
- Provides professional assistance in organizing data for the data conversion process;
- Coordinates with ICT-MIS Manager regarding user test cases and scripts for system integration system;
Improvement of SAP-ERP (Post Project Implementation)
- Apply in-depth functional knowledge in the business processes associated with the assigned modules in SAP-ERP;
- Apply knowledge and understanding of SAP-ERP programs to effectively resolve or escalate incidents logged by end-user and SAP super users;
- Ensures that system trouble and incidents are logged in and addresses to agreed service levels through prioritization, incident recording, acknowledgement, resolution and follow up on documentation;
- Coordinates SAP-ERP concerns to different Department Managers for approval of maintenance measures;
- Programs the required development of SAP-ERP module of Dyna Drug Corporation;
- Coordinates Business Blue Print with system provider and analyze required customized ABAP program for the Company’s operations;
- Provides Technical specification development and testing;
- Provide SAP support to the company with regards to ABAP programs and other required programs;
- Evaluate and coordinates with different Department Heads all the change requests and implement the approved changes regarding customized ABAP programs;
- Recommend SAP improvements based on observe business process;
- Execute maintenance and back-up program of SAP servers;
- Assists different Departments regarding computer issues e.g., software, internet, hardware and other related matters
IT Improvements
- Leads the Company in checking and maintaining computers and other IT related hardware;
- Checks and improves computer hardware;
- Maintains Company software and makes necessary recommendation for maintenance;
- Maintains Dyna Drug Corporation system integrity by regularly performing maintenance measures
- Creates and coordinates with ICT-MIS Manager all IT related rules and regulations;
- Implements IT rules and regulation by coordination with HR Department
Skills and Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 1-year experience in ABAP Programming
- Required Skill(s): ABAP, C++, C#, SQL, SAP-ERP
- Preferably Less than 1-year experience specialized in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
