Job Description
- Preparation of monthly remittances and submission of monthly/quarterly reports (SSS, HDMF, PHIC). Act as Liaison Officer if necessary.
- Coordination with HMO, monitoring and updating of members (such as additions, cancellations, and facilitation of HMO-members requirements).
- Facilitates clearance of resigned employees. In charge of routing clearance-related documentation. Collects items issued by the company to resigned employees.
- Assist other members of the HR Department when needed.
- Timekeeping
- Maintenance of 201 files (electronic and hard copy)
- Assist employees in application for ATM payroll accounts
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Human Resource Development Management
- At least 1-year working experience in Human Resources.
- With experience in compensation and benefits
- With experience in timekeeping
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Willing to work from Monday to Saturday, 8am to 5pm
- Willing to render overtime if necessary
- Ready to start immediately
