Job Description
- Assist day to day operations of the company
- Looking for screening and completing the tenants of Las Pinas and Makati
- Coordinating with accounting and other departments regarding payment and disbursement of payments from lessors, tenants and other stakeholders
- Check the daily time records of the employees
- Assist the Management by writing, collating and presenting all reports needed by the management to make timely and relevant decisions
- Advising the management on what will be the best positioning of company’s locations
Minimum Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Must have at least 3 years supervisory experience
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Willing to do field work
- Knows basic negotiation skills
