Job Description
We are currently in need of an experienced analyst to support internal users, applications, and platforms utilizing efficient practices and providing timely adjustment as necessary
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for providing application and Level 1/2 desktop support for local and remote teams
- Managing and escalating frontline support tickets across a wide variety of technical support tasks
- User Management
- Software Deployment
- Licensing
- As part of the support team, you will have to work with and on-going training and development opportunities to enhance your skill-base
Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years IT service desk and desktop support experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office 365, SQL Server, Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy and RDS, Google G Suite
- Wifi and Printer troubleshooting
- Excellent Time Management & Organisational Skills
- Ability to interact effectively within and across other teams
- Analytical and data driven approach
- Strong technical acumen, interpersonal and communication skills including both oral and written proficiency
- Bonus: Exposure/Familiarity to Linux, PHP, C#, Visual Studio, ASP.net
- Bonus: Experience with supporting Mac based devices in an enterprise environment
- Bonus: Experience with SolarWinds MSP, Ubiquiti systems, vmware/vcenter , Azure Recovery Service, Bonus: VOIP/SIP support and troubleshooting
- Love to learn new skills and technologies
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Enjoy working in a collaborative, fast-moving culture
- Familiarity and passion for browser technology
- Want to be a part of a team working to build an awesome e-commerce platform.
