Job Description
- The Outbound Supervisor is responsible for overseeing, leading, supervising, and coordinating day to day activities of warehouse operations. Assigns workloads of subordinates, monitors progress, target deliverables and compliance. Coordinate interfacing activities to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Manages and leads distribution activities which includes storage, order picking/checking/packing, dispatching, and reporting.
- Responsible for document keeping and retrieval as needed. Monitoring Operation Cost and ensures on-time deliverable reports.
- Compliance with daily update of Outbound Activity.
Minimum Qualifications
College graduate
Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Works well with people
- Customer-centric
- Experience in similar role
- Willing to work in Calamba, Laguna
