Job Description
Handles all facets and functions of Human Resouces
RECRUITMENT
- Sourcing out candidates
- Prescreening / scheduling for interview
- Job offer / contract signing
- Onboarding / orientation of new member upon starting
- Preemployments completion / 201 file management
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Statutories (SSS, Philhealth, Pagibig, Payroll Tax)
- Payroll Tax Annualization / ITR
- Employee Movements (probationary, regularization, transfer, promotion, salary increase)
- HMO / Health card processing
- Payroll Forms / Timekeeping
- Final Pay computation / release
LABOR RELATIONS
- Employee violations / due process
- Labor compliance / updates (DOLE)
ENGAGEMENT
- Monthly Celebrations
- Company Events / Activities
- Programs
EMPLOYEE RELATIONS
- Resignations / exits
- Clearance process
Assisted by one (1) HR Generalist
Reports to the Executive Operations Director
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Detail-oriented
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Experienced in HR Supervisory or Managerial role for at least 2 years
- A graduate of Human Resources, AB Psychology, or any course-related
