Job Description

The primary function of the Customer Service Representative (CSR) is to communicate with our customers and provide information about our products.

Sample tasks include:

  • Outbound appointment setting through our online portal
  • Updating of database through our online portal
  • Answering customer inquiries
  • Advising customers if there are any changes/ updates with regards to our products and services
  • US based account (Pacific Standard Time) Monday - Friday

Minimum Qualifications

We are looking for individuals who have excellent English communication skills- speaking and writing for a US based account.

  • Must have experience in the BPO industry for at least 6 months
  • Must have experience in Customer Service
  • Background in sales and/or upselling is a plus
  • Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft applications and typing skills
