Job Description

  • Prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM) for every Bidding and Awards Committee (BAC), Technical Working Group, and other special meetings;
  • Responsible for e-mailing and routing of all documents requiring signatures of BAC members and other parties concerned
  • Take custody, properly file, and safely keep MoM, BAC, and other related records
  • Provide updates regarding the current GPBB Resolutions, Issuances, and Circulars
  • Coordinate with concerned units regarding administrative requirements needed for the conduct of BAC activities
  • Coordinate with concerned units and personnel as to the attendance in BAC and other related meetings
  • Finalize all documents in accordance to the BAC revisions
  • Perform other tasks as may be assigned

Minimum Qualifications

Must be a graduate of Legal Management or any Management course
