Job Description
- Assist in tender preparation (quantity take-off, materials cost estimate, and request for quotation needed for bidding).
- Prepare detailed structural analysis and construction drawings of different types of structures (roads, warehouse, accommodation areas, and workshop for heavy equipment).
- Conduct site visits and decides a suitable economical design that can be applied to every site.
- Prepare scheduling, pre-planning, and resource forecasting for engineering and other technical activities relating to the projects.
- May perform other duties as necessary or assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of Civil Engineering course, preferably licensed professional.
- Well versed in Structural Analysis, Structural Design, AutoCad/Autodesk, Civil 3D, Quantity take-off, Cost Estimate.
- At least with related work experience preferably in a construction industry.
