Job Description
- Reviews the website of DOLE on a weekly/monthly basis to make sure the company is aware of any changes in the law and/or guidelines which impact employee compensation and benefits
- Responsible for the proper, accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees and closely coordinates with the payroll service provider.
- Administers and processes travel documents, allowances, etc.
- Prepares corresponding reports for management.
- Registers new employees with SSS, Pag-ibig, Philhealth and ensures timely posting of Employee and Employer’s contributions.
- Assists in the filing and processing of government-related employee benefits for SSS, Philhealth, HDMF, etc.
- Maintains organized, efficient and accurate records/filing system of all payroll records, both electronic and printed copies.
- Monitoring of Leaves & attendance
- Monitoring of Globe lines and make sure to update payment
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of Psychology or Business related course
- With at least 3 years Compensation & Benefits experience
- Keen to details and able to multitask
- Proud of Quality of Work
- Aiming for improvement
- Amenable to work in Pascor Drive, Parañaque City
- Can start asap
