• Ensures product quality
• Conducts Quality Assurances audits for the Kitchen and vice versa on a bi-monthly basis

PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT

• Manages people (i.e, FOH/BOH Duty Head, Servers, etc)

KITCHEN ACCOUNTABILITY

• Maintains oversight accountability in the kitchen
• Monitors the cost of food together with the BOH Duty Head
• Check the Kitchen Manager's compliance on inventory management procedures
• Monitors the purchase level of the store
• Check and monitors if the spoilages are valid and properly tracked

FINANCIAL PLANNING AND MANAGEMENT

• Plans and implements financial budgets
• Conducts cash audit to ensure Zero-Variance
• Assist accountant during monthly inventory; monthly audit with Store Accountant and Cashier
• Prepares monthly sales and expense update
• Analyzes store sales
• Evaluates quarterly store performance
• Recommends plan of action based on store sales performance

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
• Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Word, MS Excel
• Preferred skill(s): Strong organizational, leadership and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Knowledge in P&L
