Job Description
- Produce compelling and shareable visuals for the internet
- Responsible for designing and executing all creative and technical aspects of a “key visual” project.
- Support and work closely with art director and content strategist in development of ideas and creative project.
- Keeping up to date with design, marketing and tech trends.
- Produce and create digital creative assets, including signage, banners, email artworks, social media artworks, etc.
- Identify communication problems and develop visual solutions.
- Create and implement the visual design elements associated with brand positioning, public relations and strategic marketing in order to convey an employer or client’s unique message.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistency of brand identity.
- Generate innovative ideas across all existing and emerging digital platforms and inspire colleagues to create world-class, pioneering ideas.
- Present and propose designs to Visual Lead/Art Director and clients for approval.
- Work closely with teams to ensure projects are delivered on strategy, on time, on budget.
Minimum Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years experience in similar position
- English speaking
- Proven experience in graphic design work especially for social media
- Demonstrable design skills with a strong portfolio
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and other visual design tools
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
- Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
- Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technology
- Creativity in concepting interaction concepts and models
- Ability to collaborate extensively and play nicely with other team members
- Able to adapt approach and process to fit project goals, timelines and other parameters
- A positive, enthusiastic attitude, and a thirst to expand knowledge and abilities
- Especially with experience in “Above the Line” concept
