Job Description
- Manage a portfolio of accounts/projects.
- Assist in developing project scope documents to manage the development process to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Create periodical reports and conduct internal and external status meetings regularly as necessary to ensure effective issue resolution as well as quality project delivery.
- Work with the team and the client directly to understand the client's overall business objectives and strategies.
- Help manage the client relationship from pitch to launch by conducting calls, monitoring and escalate project risks, making modifications to deliverables whenever necessary.
- Assist in developing detailed project plans for delivery, communicate and track project milestones and monitor progress for all team members against plan.
- Creating and facilitating the presentation of deliverables to clients (creative concepts, site organization, requirements, plans, etc.)
- Maintaining relationships with existing clients.
- Assist in leading project management activity (including planning to execution) and manage project resources in order for all work to be delivered on schedule.
- Communicate effectively with the project team (creative, designers, and programmers/developers) and ensure the project team in reaching the project objective undertakes necessary actions.
