IT Project Manager  

To be able to empower SMEs to further their businesses through Techstack, the right person for this role should be able to come into our dynamic environment with the curiosity to study and learn new and upcoming API, and business solutions for marketers and business owners. As the IT Project Manager, you will oversee, plan, implement, and track multiple short and long-term projects, and will be responsible in aligning and coordinating with his/her technical team to ensure project specifications are met. You will also be entrusted with formulating business application approach plans, estimating costs, and ensuring projects meet strategic needs for both internal and external clients within a reasonable time frame.

What you’ll be doing:

• Define the scope of projects, create detailed work plans, identify and sequence the activities, and determine the resources needed to complete projects.
• Develop project plans to identify work tasks, resource hours, and delivery schedule of system-based solutions.
• Determine the objectives and measures upon which projects will be measured.
• Execute projects according to project plan, and monitor during and after the execution and adjust as necessary to ensure successful completion of the projects.
• Document and secure project information.
• Communicate progress of projects to stockholders and appropriate staff.
• Review the quality of work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards.
• Must be able to assess stakeholders’ technology needs, develop a necessary requirements document, communicate and track requirements with technical teams through project execution.
• Ensure that the projects deliverables are on time, within budget, and at the required level of quality.
• Evaluate the outcomes of the projects as established during the planning phase.
• Liaise between divisions and professional services vendors on strategic initiatives.
• Manage relationships between its divisions, and key third-party suppliers to ensure that proper support and attention are provided.

• You have a strong command of English verbal and written communication, presentation and demonstration abilities, facilitation, negotiation and expectation management.
• You have a track record on working independently on managing projects with remote teams with minimal day to day supervision.
• You can work in unstructured, highly fluid environments.
• You have 3-5 years in project management with full responsibility for IT Project delivery and management.
• You have a background in Data Security.
• You have a bachelor’s degree in a related area.
• Project Management certification such as PMP or Prince 2 preferred but not required
• Experience with Oracle ERP systems development and configuration preferred but not required.
• Background in managing IT infrastructure projects is preferred but not required.
