Job Description
- Organizes all business meetings and scheduled appointments of his/her immediate superior.
- Reminds his/her immediate superior of the deadlines of any or all important tasks.
- Plans meetings and takes detailed minutes and files these and other pertinent documents in an orderly manner.
- Transacts with various banks with regards to joint accounts, specifically with the deposits, withdrawals and passbook updates.
- Tracks the reconciliation of any or all official checks.
- Performs other duties assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
- Reminds his/her immediate superior of the deadlines of any or all important tasks.
- Provides general support to his/her immediate superior.
- Maintains updated client database.
- Prepares the Transmittal Advice for documents to various recipients.
- Handles the notarization of all assigned contracts.
- Sends out to clients all official Securo collaterals, including but not limited to, wing mail.
- Performs other duties assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
