Job Description
- Plan, create, design, and implement all marketing concepts and other recommendations to management team expanding our market reach and creating an impact; measure the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and strategies.
- Gather information about the competition and other relevant information that would help a company know its position on the market and leverage opportunities to the company’s advantage.
- Work together with the creative team and staff from other departments to create effective promotional materials while adhering to brand guidelines.
- Develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns based on solid data, and communicate the recommendations to management.
- Identify effective marketing and promotional channels, including the media channels to be used to deliver the product message to customers.
- Protect organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
- Safeguard and uphold the interests of the company at all times.
- Additional responsibilities and opportunities will be given as they become necessary and/or assigned by the management.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, and other related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience leveraging social media in a corporate, marketing or brand-building capacity.
- Exposure in digital marketing and product promotion is an advantage.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Wide-ranging familiarity with major social sites and services from a conceptual, marketing, technical, and feature-set perspective.
- Excellent writing, presentation, and research skills with the ability to articulate creative and technical concepts.
- Innovative and confident.
- Ability to build strong effective networks and work in a fast-paced environment.
