Operations Coordinator


Job Description

As an Operations Coordinator, you will be assigned with the following:

1) Inventory Management and Tracking

  • Warehouse Visit Physical Inventory Count
  • Order Management, Fulfillment and Tracking

2) Social Media Management

3) Physical Store Visits

  • Checking of in-store display
  • Product Training for Stores

4) Administrative tasks including but not limited to coordination work with suppliers, customers and retail partners

5) Other operational requirements of the business

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • At least (1) year experience as an operations coordinator or similar role
  • Ability to coordinate multiple schedules
  • Able to prioritize tasks and work independently
  • Possess solid communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to finish tasks in a timely manner and effectively partner and collaborate with others
  • Must be very tech savvy with knowledge of DropBox, Google Drive, Microsoft Office, Apple Mail, etc.
