Curves Fitness Coaches ill be expected to:
- Train and motivate members on a 30 minute Curves Circuit.
- Complete Monthly Fitness assessments and guide members in goal setting.
- Learn the process of weight loss program, and use them to outline programs for individual members.
- Actively participate in member acquisition, guest production, and sales campaign.
- Provide an intermediate level of service to existing club members
- Carry out routine administrative tasks, relevant to gym operations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least vocational diploma or short course certificate Bachelor's/ college degree Nutrition/Dietetics/ Nursing/Psychology/ Biology/ management/Food Technology/ Sports Science/ Physical Therapy/Physiotherapy or any equivalent;
- Required skills ( multi-tasking, basic spreadsheet, word processing);
- Required Language ( English and Filipino);
- Applicant must be willing to work in Eastwood;
- Work experience in healthcare/wellness in lieu of educational background;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
